He later founded Primus Vision Pte Ltd where he focuses his reach towards human transformation. After attended Speaking and Communication Business Certification by Mentor’s Mentor Joel Bauer, he empowered more than 150 of his students in presentation skills and branding call “Aspiring To Inspiring”.

He created his program called “Human Success Factor” where he assisted companies through understanding their current organizational culture through a behavioural profiling DNA tools to achieve a high-performance workforce.
